Clover Creek Heights belongs to people from Bear Lake Valley, not to a fund. That changes who answers when you call.
Good rentals are hard to come by in a small town, and three-bedroom ones are harder still. Most of what’s out there is a one-bedroom over a shop or a whole house at a whole-house price.
Clover Creek Heights is the in-between: eight apartments with room to live in, in two fourplexes on Jackson Street in Montpelier, rented by the same local owners who run Paris Creek Storage down the road in Paris.
When something breaks, you call the number on this page and one of us picks up.

Rent, deposits, what’s included and what isn’t — asked once, answered plainly.

We live here too. A furnace out in February is our problem as much as yours.
